                        Notification of Option Exercise


On 15 October 2007 the following Director/PDMRs exercised their option to
purchase the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each set out in the table
below in the capital of the Company. These options were granted on the dates
shown below pursuant to the Company's 2004 Stock Option Plan:
