LONDON, 1 October 2013, Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (LSE: HIK) (NasdaqDubai: HIK) notifies the market that its capital consists of 197,755,028 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are 210,000 shares held in treasury, which do not carry voting rights and have been excluded from the above figure.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
