Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 5,810,488 Ordinary shares of 5p each
('shares') to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that admission will be granted on 7 September 2006 and that
trading will commence 8 September 2006.

These shares have been issued as a result of the exercise of share options
pursuant to the following schemes:

('shares') to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that admission will be granted on 7 September 2006 and that
trading will commence 8 September 2006.

These shares are being reserved under block listings and will be issued as a
result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the following schemes:
