HAMILTON, Bermuda; Hiscox Ltd has been informed that following a change of trustees and beneficiaries reaching the age of majority, the beneficial and non beneficial ownership of Robert Hiscox, Chairman, and Bronek Masojada, Chief Executive, of shares in Hiscox Ltd are as follows.

Mr Hiscox beneficially holds 6,321,118 Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, representing 1.62% of the Company's issued share capital and Mr Masojada beneficially holds 2,941,304 Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, representing 0.76% of the Company's issued share capital.  Mr Masojada is non beneficial owner of 10,081,500 Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company and Mr Hiscox is non beneficial owner of 550,000 Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company.
