Notification of transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - In accordance with Disclosure Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1) the Company announces that the following Directors have exercised options under its Unapproved Share Option Scheme ('Options') and sold ordinary 5p shares ('Shares') in the Company, as detailed below:  

On 11 June 2012 Mr BE Masojada exercised 144,070 Options at 125.2p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 408.103p each. On 12 June 2012 Mr BE Masojada exercised a further 33,838 Options at 125.2p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 407p each.

On 12 June 2012 Mr RS Childs exercised 131,637 Options at 125.2p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 405.271p each. On 13 June 2012 Mr Childs exercised a further 74,467 Options at 125.2p per Share and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 405.204p each.

The transactions took place in Bermuda.
