Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Thomas Huerlimann and Anne MacDonald, both PDMRs that they acquired 185 and 479 Shares of 6.5p each respectively in the Company. 

As per the Company's announcement on 6 September 2022 the shares were acquired through the scrip dividend alternative in connection with the interim dividend of 12 cents per share payable on 20 September 2022.  The Scrip Reference price was 889.6p with a pound sterling equivalent of 10.37p per share.

Details of the transaction as required by the  UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 are set out below.
