                Notification Of Preliminary and Interim Results

Hamilton, Bermuda: Hiscox Ltd ('Hiscox'), the specialist insurer, will be
announcing its preliminary results for the twelve months to December 31, 2007 on
Monday 3 March, 2008.

Hiscox will be announcing its interim results for the six months to June 30,
2008 on Monday 18 August, 2008.

An analyst presentation will take place at 9am on the above dates at 1 Great St
Helen's, EC3A 6HX.
