Performance Share Plan Awards
HAMILTON, Bermuda; On 7 April 2008, the Board of Hiscox Ltd (the 'Company')
granted awards over a total of 2,086,500 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company pursuant to the Hiscox Ltd Performance Share Plan. The awards are
subject to performance conditions which will be calculated over a three year
period, and to the extent these are satisfied, the awards will vest and become
exercisable on 8 April 2011. No price is payable on the exercise of these
awards.
Included in these grants were awards granted to directors of the Company as set
out below:
RRSH Hiscox 75,000
BE Masojada 175,000
RS Childs 140,000
SJ Bridges 110,000
