Treasury Share Transfers

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 the Company announces that on 13 April, 2011, a transfer of 2,306,387 shares from Treasury took place to satisfy awards vesting under the Hiscox Ltd Performance Share Plan.

Following the transfer, the Company has a total of 22,836,487 held in Treasury and a total of 380,896,860 ordinary shares in issue, excluding Treasury shares.
