Hochschild Mining plc (the "Company") announces that Navajo International Holdings Ltd, an entity related to Roberto Danino, one of the Company's Executive Directors, has sold 179,237 Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of £3.6441 per Share.

The transaction, which took place on 8 September 2010 and was notified to the Company on 9 September 2010, was completed on the London Stock Exchange.
