Director/PDMR Shareholding

Hochschild Mining plc (the "Company") announces a change in the interests of Ignacio Bustamante, an Executive Director of the Company, in the Company's Ordinary Shares ("Shares").

Ignacio Bustamante has acquired 298,314 Shares for nil consideration following the vesting of the second tranche of conditional shares under the Company's Restricted Share Plan ("RSP") on 30 December 2017.

A copy of the relevant Notification of Dealing Form can be found below.

The Company confirms that the sale, by Ignacio Bustamante, of 90,000 Shares which was announced on 28 December 2017, was to cover the tax liability on the vesting of the RSP award detailed above.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014.
