Allotment of Shares

Holders Technology, (AIM: HDT), announces that on 13 May 2016, 20,000 Ordinary shares in the company, currently held in Treasury, were allotted to Rudi Weinreich, Executive Chairman.  The shares were issued at 33.5p per share which was the closing share price on 12 May 2016.

Application has been made for the 20,000 Treasury Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM with effect from 20 May 2016.  The number of voting shares in issue will thereby increase from 4,139,551 Ordinary Shares to 4,159,551 Ordinary Shares.

Following admission, Mr. Weinreich will be interested in aggregate in 1,871,202 Ordinary Shares representing 44.99 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
