                             DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified of the following transaction in its Ordinary
shares by Terry Duddy, a director of the Company.

On 26 July 2007, Mr Duddy purchased 25,000 shares on the London Stock Exchange
at a price of £4.00 per share.

The notification from Mr Duddy was received by the Company on 27 July 2007.

Notification of these transactions is now made in accordance with Disclosure
Rule 3.1.4R.
