DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS 

The Company has received notification that John Coombe, a non-executive director, on 23 April 2010, transferred 61,969 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company into his spouse's name, Gail Coombe, at nil cost.

Notification of this transaction was received by the Company on 23 April 2010 and is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
