                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Legal & General Group Plc ('L&G')
advising that Legal & General Assurance (Pensions Management) Limited now holds,
as a result of a transaction that took place on 26 October 2007, 52,247,972
voting rights in the Company (representing 5.95% of the voting rights of the
Company, of which the whole 5.95% is direct).

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 6.00% in
respect of the total holding (the previous notification being 6.11%, of which
the whole 6.11% was direct).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 29 October 2007.
