                  DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS UNDER DTR 5.8.12

The Company has today received a notification from Aviva plc and its
subsidiaries ('Aviva') advising that Aviva now holds, as a result of a
transaction that took place on 8 February 2007, 27,120,186 voting rights in the
Company (representing 3.09% of the voting rights of the Company). The threshold
that was crossed or reached was a change from 2% to 3% at Direct Interest level.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 9 February 2007.
