                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Legal & General Group Plc advising
that Legal & General Assurance (Pensions Management) Limited now holds, as a
result of a transaction that took place on 31 October 2007, 42,819,285 voting
rights in the Company (representing 4.87% of the voting rights of the Company,
of which the whole 4.87% is direct).

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 5.00% in
respect of the total holding (the previous notification being 5.95%, of which
the whole 5.95% was direct).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 1 November 2007.
