                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Legal & General Group Plc (L&G) and
Legal & General Investment Management Limited (LGIM) advising that L&G and LGIM
now hold, as a result of a transaction that took place on 2 November 2007, less
than 5.00% of the voting rights in the Company.

The threshold that was crossed by L&G and LGIM as a result of the transaction
was therefore 5.00% in respect of their total holding.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 5 November 2007.
