                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited
advising that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its group of
companies now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 29 November
2007, 149,401,805 voting rights in the Company (representing 17.03% of the
voting rights of the Company, of which 1.79% is direct and 15.24% is indirect).

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 17% in respect
of the total holding (the previous notification being 16.46%, of which 1.82% was
direct and 14.64% was indirect).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 30 November 
2007.
