                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
advising that Goldman, Sachs & Co., Goldman Sachs Asset Management International
and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. now, as a result of a transaction that
took place on 10 August 2007, no longer has a notifiable interest in shares in
the Company. The threshold that was crossed or reached was total voting rights
falling below 3.0%.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.5 (1) and was dated 14 August
2007.
