DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Taube Hodson Stonex Partners LLP ('THS') advising that THS now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 14 May 2008, 43,983,617 voting rights in the Company (representing 5.01% of the voting rights in the Company, of which the whole 5.01% is indirectly held).  

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 5% in respect of the indirect and total holding.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 15 May 2008.
