                         DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Legal & General Group Plc advising
that Legal & General Assurance (Pensions Management) Limited now holds, as a
result of a transaction that took place on 31 March 2008, 34,864,032 voting
rights in the Company (representing 3.97% of the voting rights of the Company,
of which the whole 3.97% is direct).  

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 4% in respect
of the direct holding (the previous notification being less than 5% in respect
of the total holding).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 1 April 2008.
