                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from Legal & General Group Plc advising
that Legal & General Assurance (Pensions Management) Limited now holds, as a
result of a transaction that took place on 1 April 2008, 38,743,818 voting
rights in the Company (representing 4.41% of the voting rights of the Company,
of which the whole 4.41% is direct).

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 4% in respect
of the direct holding (the previous notification being 3.97% in respect of the
direct holding).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 3 April 2008.
