                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from The Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
advising that Goldman Sachs & Co., Goldman Sachs Asset Management International,
and Goldman Sachs Asset Management L.P. no longer have a notifiable interest in
the voting rights in the Company.

The threshold that was crossed was 3% (the previous notification being 5.97%, of
which the whole 5.97% was indirect).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.5 (1) and was received on 4
April 2008.
