                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited
advising that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its group of
companies now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 17 January
2008, 154,550,260 voting rights in the Company (representing 17.61% of the
voting rights in the Company, of which 1.81% is direct and 15.80% indirect).

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 18% in respect
of the total holding (the previous notification being 18.37%, of which 1.79% was
direct and 16.58% indirect).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was received on 21 January
2008.
