                  DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS UNDER DTR 5.8.12

The Company has today received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK
Limited advising that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its Group
Companies now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 26 February
2007, 73,103,620 voting rights in the Company (representing 8.33% of the voting
rights of the Company). The threshold that was crossed or reached as a result of
the transaction was 8%.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 27 February 2007.
