                               PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified of the following transaction in its Ordinary
shares by John Coombe (a person discharging managerial responsibility).

On 17 January 2008, Mr Coombe purchased 14,000 shares on the London Stock
Exchange at a price of £2.71 per share.

The notification on behalf of Mr Coombe was received by the Company on 18
January 2008.

Notification of these transactions is now made in accordance with Disclosure
Rule 3.1.4R.
