                               PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified of the following transaction in its Ordinary
shares by Oliver Stocken (a person discharging managerial responsibility).

On 21 January 2008, Mr Stocken purchased 15,000 shares on the London Stock
Exchange at a price of 270.3884 pence per share.

The notification on behalf of Mr Stocken was received by the Company on 21
January 2008.

Notification of these transactions is now made in accordance with Disclosure
Rule 3.1.4R.
