At the Annual General Meeting on 3 July 2007, it is proposed that the Company's
Articles of Association be amended as a result of the new regime regarding
electronic communications with shareholders. A summary of the proposed changes
is set out in the Notice of 2007 Annual General Meeting and the draft amended
Articles are available for inspection at the Company's registered office as well
as on the Company's website.
