On 3 July 2007, under the terms of the Hornby Employee Benefit Trust (the
'Trust') 148,575 Ordinary Shares vested and  were transferred to beneficiaries
of the Trust, including certain Directors and other Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibility, as follows:

Following vesting and transfer of the Ordinary Shares held in the Trust, certain
beneficiaries (as detailed below) sold  these Ordinary Shares immediately at a
price of 254p per share. As a result of the above transactions, certain
Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility now hold the
following number of Ordinary Shares:
