Also on 28 January 2008, Mr N J Cosh, a non-executive director, has sold 61,080
ordinary shares at 197.25p per share and the Trustees of N J Cosh Self Invested
Pension Scheme have purchased 61,080 ordinary shares at 197.25p per share. Mr
Cosh has then purchased a further 20,000 ordinary shares at 202p. Following
these transactions Mr Cosh now holds a total holding of 95,000 ordinary shares.
