On 23 June 2008, under the terms of the Hornby Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trust') 118,529 Ordinary Shares vested and were transferred to beneficiaries of the Trust, including certain Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility, as follows:
