Director Shareholding
The Company was informed today that John Stansfield, Finance Director of Hornby,
exercised options over 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 32.7p per Ordinary share on 4 January
2005. Of the options exercised, Mr Stansfield has sold 75,000 shares at a price
of 271.0p per Ordinary share. As a result of these transactions Mr Stansfield's
beneficial interest is 65,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.17 per cent of the
issued share capital of the Company.
