Notification of interests of Directors and Connected Persons



The Company was informed earlier today that on 28 February 2005 Mr Neil Johnson,
non-exec chairman of the Company, transferred 250,000 ordinary Hornby shares to
a family trust to the benefit of his adult children. As a consequence of this
transfer, Mr Johnson's resulting shareholding is 50,000 ordinary shares,
representing 0.13% of the issued share capital of the company.
