Hornby plc ('Hornby' or the 'Company')
Grant of Options
At the time of Frank Martin's appointment as Chief Executive in November 2000,
the Company undertook to grant him options over the Company's ordinary shares of
5p each ('Ordinary Shares') following his appointment becoming effective in
January 2001.
Accordingly on 28 March 2002, Mr Martin was granted, for nil consideration,
options over 200,000 Ordinary Shares exercisable at 384p per Ordinary Share at
any time between 28 March 2005 and 27 March 2009.
Following this grant, Mr Martin will have no beneficial interest in any Ordinary
Shares other than additional options over 50,000 Ordinary Shares exercisable at
147.5p at any time between 12 March 2004 an 11 March 2011.
