Board Appointment

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that Dominic Andrew White has been appointed to the board as non-executive Chairman with immediate effect.

Dominic has more than 25 years' experience in the investment sector, in public markets investment companies, private equity and investment funds management.  During his career, he has held Board level investment positions at international investment institutions such as Security Capital European Realty, Henderson Global Investors and Cordea Savills Investment Management. 

Dominic has acquired and managed operating businesses and real estate assets in the UK and Europe with a value of more than £3bn.  He has held executive and non-executive directorships at a number of public companies and is currently Chief Executive of KCR Residential REIT Plc and Energiser Investments Plc.  Dominic is a member of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts.

Dominic was a director of the health drinks company Ovio Wellness Limited at the time the company went into voluntary liquidation.  On signing the liquidators report, the company owed third party creditors a total of £56,243.

There is no further information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to Paragraph 21, Appendix 1 of the NEX Exchange Growth Market - Rules for Issuers. 

At the date of this announcement, Dominic does not have an interest in any ordinary shares of the Company.
