Board Changes

The Board of the Company announces that, having overseen the recapitalisation of the Company and the admission of the Company's shares to trading on the NEX Exchange Growth Market, Martin Groak will be stepping down from the Board  with immediate effect. Martin will remain with the Company as a consultant to assist with an orderly handover of his duties. The Board is however conscious that the Company will not have an executive function with Martin's stepping down and will actively seek to appoint a replacement executive director to the Board in the near future, together with other Board appointments. 

The Board would like to thank Martin for his considerable efforts. The Board now consists of Dominic White as Non-Executive Chairman and John Treacy as Independent Non-Executive Director.
