Change in Chair of The Board

Gurpreet Dehal was appointed as Chair of Housing 21 on 2 February 2024, but has taken the decision to step down from this position to allow time to focus on his other professional commitments.  In his resignation Gurpreet commented that he had "valued the opportunity to contribute to this excellent organisation".

As a result of the vacancy created, the Board of Housing 21 has appointed Elaine Elkington, an existing member of its Board and previously Chair of its Extra Care Committee, as interim Board Chair.
