Sub:    Intimation under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations).

In accordance with the captioned regulations, we request you to kindly note that Mr. U. K. Sinha (DIN:00010336) and Mr. Jalaj Dani (DIN:00019080), have ceased to be Independent Directors of the Corporation with effect from the close of business hours today i.e. on April 29, 2023 on account of completion of their tenure.

The Corporation conveys its sincere appreciation for the wise counsel and enormous contributions made by Mr. U. K. Sinha and Mr. Jalaj Dani during their tenure as Directors of the Corporation.

We further wish to inform you that the composition of the Board of Directors of the Corporation continues to be in compliance with the provisions of Section 149(4) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 17(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations.
