Immotion Group, the UK-based immersive virtual reality ("VR") 'Out of Home' entertainment group, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been sent to shareholders today and are available on the Company's website in the Investor Relations section at https://immotion.co.uk/investors/.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, 27 June 2019 at 11.30a.m. at the Company's office at East Wing, Ground Floor, The Victoria, Mediacity, Manchester, M50 3SP.
