                           Completion of acquisition

Following the announcement on 19 December that the proposed acquisition of all
the shares in Gibson Holdings Ltd. not already owned by Hunting (the 
'Acquisition') was approved by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting
held that morning, the Acquisition has completed.
