On 7 March 2008, 75,000 Ordinary Shares were sold from a Trust whose holding was
included within the directors' interests as trustee of R H Hunting, in the 2007
Annual Report and Accounts. The interests of Mr Hunting in the Ordinary Shares
of the Company as trustee are now 1,315,519. Mr Hunting was not a beneficiary of
the proceeds from this disposal.
