Hunting PLC today announces the following share transactions by a director:

Peter Rose

On 8 March 2012, under the rules of the Hunting PLC Long Term Incentive Plan, Mr Rose was awarded at nil cost and retained 27,302 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC.

Following these transactions, Peter Rose's beneficial holding increases to 65,498 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.04% of the Company's share capital.
