Director's Shareholding
The Company was notified today by Richard Hunting, non-executive Chairman of Hunting PLC, of a planned change to his share interests.
In April 2013 Richard Hunting intends to donate a further 65,000 Hunting PLC Ordinary Shares from his personal beneficial shareholding to the Battle of Britain Memorial Trust, a charitable organisation. This follows a similar donation completed in December 2012.
Following completion of this transaction his beneficial shareholding in Hunting PLC will reduce to 613,306 Ordinary Shares representing 0.42% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Richard Hunting's interest in Ordinary Shares held by the Hunting Family Trusts remains at 1,086,439 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.74% of the share capital of the Company. Mr Hunting's total voting rights following this transaction is 1,699,745 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.16% of the share capital of the Company.
