Directorate Change
Hunting PLC (LSE: HTG) the international energy services provider announces that Iain Paterson, Non-Executive Director, has today retired from the Company and stepped down from the Board after 10 years of service.
Iain's role as Senior Independent Director will be assumed by John Hofmeister, currently a Non-Executive Director.
Commenting on Mr Paterson's retirement, Richard Hunting, Chairman of the Company said:
"We would like to thank Iain for his valuable contribution over the past decade as Hunting has grown to become a leader in the energy services sector."
There are no other details that require to be disclosed in respect of these directorate changes pursuant to Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
