Hunting PLC (LSE:HTG), the international energy services group announces that George Helland, non executive Director, today has retired and stepped down from the Board after 10 years of service.
Commenting on Mr Helland's retirement, Richard Hunting, Chairman of the Company said:
"We would like to thank George for his valuable contribution to the Company as it has transformed from a diversified conglomerate to a focused oil and gas products and services group.
