Exercise of Share Options

 

London, UK, 21 March 2019: hVIVO plc (AIM: HVO), an industry leading clinical development services business pioneering human disease models based upon viral and allergen challenge, announces that, an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 644,600 new ordinary shares of 5.0p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") following an exercise of options by a former employee of the Company.

 

Admission to trading on AIM of the New Ordinary Shares ("Admission"), which will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing shares in issue, is expected to occur on 26 March 2019.

 

Following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue will be 82,941,565, and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
