                 Board Appointment

The Board of ITE Group Plc ('ITE' or 'the Company'), the
international exhibitions specialist,  is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr Alexander Rozin as an
executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Alexander Rozin has held, and continues to hold,  the
following directorships over the five years preceding the
date of appointment:

Incheba Bratislava Pbl
Incheba Prague Ltd

There are no other matters required to be disclosed by
the Listing Rules in connection with Alexander Rozin's
appointment.

Lawrie Lewis, Chairman of ITE commented:

'Alexander is ITE's senior partner in the Central
European region, with particular focus on the Czech
Republic and Slovakia. Alexander, through the company
Incheba, owns the Exhibition centre in Bratislava and is
the largest exhibition organiser in Prague and
