                                  BOARD CHANGE

London & Moscow, 10th February 2005 - ITE Group plc, the international 
exhibitions group specializing in emerging and developing markets, has today 
issued the following statement.

Ross Stobie, General Director of the Moscow office of ITE Group plc and a main
Board Director, has tendered his resignation to resume his career in the Oil &
Gas sector. He will stand down from both of these positions on 9thAugust 2005.
Ross will continue his roles and responsibilities until then and will be
assisting fully in the handover to a new Moscow General Director. The Group is
in the process of a comprehensive search for a new General Director to be
appointed during this period.

Ian Tomkins, ITE Group plc's Chief Executive Officer said 'Ross has contributed
greatly over the past three years. He has overseen the stabilization of the
local business unit and steered the Moscow operation through a significant
period of growth and expansion. We look forward to a continuing co-operation
with Ross who will be retained as a senior adviser and will undertake a series
of representative duties on the Group's behalf. '
