ITE Group PLC ('ITE' or 'the Company')
ITE Group PLC has today received notification from HBOS Employee Equity
Solutions, trustees of the ITE Group PLC Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trust'),
that they have purchased a total of 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 141p per share, for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the
Company's employee share ownership schemes, using Trust assets.
The Directors of the Company have an interest in the above shares by virtue of
them being members of the class of beneficiaries of the Trust.
Following this purchase 2,791,393 ordinary shares are held in the Trust,
representing 1.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
